Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after you receive your item. Regular-priced and sale items, including Roll Ready™, are eligible for returns.

Items must be unworn or unused, in the same condition you received them, with any original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return

Email info@golfingymas.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Contact us before sending your return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and confirm the return address:

Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when we shipped a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@golfingymas.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if a return is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, perishable goods, and personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned for change of mind. Please contact us if these items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

For a different item or size, request a return first. Once approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

We’ll notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@golfingymas.com.

European Union Orders

For orders delivered to the European Union, applicable statutory cancellation rights—including the 14-day withdrawal period—remain in effect. Contact info@golfingymas.com to request cancellation or return instructions. Any legally required exceptions, refund terms, and protections apply.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
